You will be paired against each of your 23 classmates — once as Ivan (the Proposer) and once as Opal (the Responder). The pot is $30 per game. Ivan names a dollar amount to offer Opal. Opal accepts or rejects. Accept → Ivan keeps $30 minus the offer, Opal receives the offer. Reject → both get $0.
How many dollars will you offer Opal? You keep $30 minus this amount if Opal accepts.
The lowest offer you will accept. You automatically accept any offer ≥ this number and reject anything lower.
Once everyone in the class has submitted, your result and the anonymized class-wide analysis will be available in a separate app:
You'll need to log in there too. It won't show anything until every student has submitted - this keeps everyone's answers private until the exercise is fully complete.
